Important to know before you buy
- One subscription covers one workshop. If you run multiple workshops, each one needs its own subscription.
- Every account is locked to approved IP addresses. The number of IPs you can approve depends on the plan (see below). This prevents one subscription from being shared across multiple workshops.
- Every plan has a user cap. When you hit the cap, you can't invite more users until you upgrade.
- Need to manage multiple workshops under one account? That's the Enterprise plan, with unlimited workshops, users and IPs.

Why "one subscription per workshop"?
A subscription is a licence for one workshop to use Sentricue. If you run two workshops with separate staff, photos and cases, each one needs its own subscription — the same way you'd pay for two electricity contracts if you had two buildings.
How does IP-locking work?
When you sign in for the first time, your IP is registered as the workshop's anchor IP. If you sign in from a new IP (from home or mobile), an admin must approve it in Settings → Access. You can approve as many IPs as your plan allows. Pro lets you approve 5 IPs — enough for the workshop plus a few home offices.
How are users counted?
A user is a person who logs in to your workshop's Sentricue account. Your customers (who view their cases in the portal) are NOT counted as users — they're unlimited on every plan.
When do I need Enterprise?
If you run multiple physical workshops and want them on one account with shared users, cross-workshop case visibility and unlimited IPs. Or if you want to give staff access from many different IPs without approving each one.
SMS usage is billed separately per message (0.05 USD/SMS) and added to your next invoice.
